Who Can Apply to the MMUF SRTP at UChicago?
To apply to the UChicago MMUF-SRTP, you must already be admitted to the MMUF program at your home institution. Students applying from other MMUF programs, whether rising juniors or rising seniors, are welcome. To indicate interest and/or receive updates related to the application or the summer program, please do so via this form.
Note for UChicago Fellows: If you have been admitted already to the MMUF Program at UChicago, no additional application to the SRTP is required.
Deadline: April 15th, 2026
Please note that April 15 is the preferred application deadline; however, UChicago MMUF will continue to accept applications through April 25 on a rolling basis. If the deadline has passed and you wish to inquire about remaining availability, please contact us at SRTPatUChicago@gmail.com.
Although applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, students are strongly encouraged to coordinate in advance with their faculty and community recommenders to ensure that all application materials are submitted in a timely manner.
Admitted students will have five (5) days from the date of their acceptance notification to confirm their participation. Failure to respond within this window will result in the offer being rescinded and the seat being extended to another applicant.
