Elise M. LaRose serves as an Academic Adviser in the College and is the Director of Mellon Mays Programs. In her role as the Director of the MMUF Program at the University of Chicago, Ms. LaRose has guided many undergraduates through the college who have gone on to receive doctoral degrees from universities around the world. She built the MMUF Summer Research Training Program at the University of Chicago which attracts brilliant undergraduate students from around the country.
